Adam Cossar has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Adam is currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute since 2023. Previously, Adam held positions such as President of the Board of Directors and Vice President of the Board of Directors at Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club Inc. from 2006 to 2021. Adam has also served as a Director at Kooyong Foundation Pty Ltd since 2021. Adam worked as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager - Education at Didasko Group from 2014 to 2023. Additionally, they held management positions at Didasko Learning Resources and The Didasko Group. Adam's expertise also extends to the field of sports, as they worked with Tennis Victoria as a Member of the Nominations Committee.

Adam Cossar has a diverse education history. In 1971, they began their schooling at Scotch College, where they completed their primary and secondary education. Later, from 1984 to 1987, they attended Victoria University, where they obtained a B.Bus degree in Catering & Hotel Management. In 1996, they enrolled at the University of Melbourne, earning a Grad Dip in Education. During the same period, they also pursued a Grad Cert in Management Development (Education & Training) at the National Community College Chair Academy. Finally, in 2019, Adam joined the Harvard Kennedy School for the Leadership for the 21st Century Program, focusing on Leadership.
