Jamie Gaida, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Analyst and Project Manager in Critical Technologies at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute since February 2022. Previously, Jamie held the position of Data Scientist at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet from October 2019 to February 2022. Jamie has extensive academic experience, including roles as Associate Professor and Head of Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Canberra, and participation in multiple committees, such as the Human Research Ethics Committee and the Faculty of Health Research Committee. Jamie's editorial contributions include being a board member for the British Journal of Sports Medicine and the Public Library of Science. Jamie holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma in Data Science from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with First Class Honours from La Trobe University.
