Rachael Lim

Rachael Lim is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Director and Tax Technical Lead at the Australian Taxation Office since November 2021, Rachael has previously held roles including Law and Policy Design Manager and Director (a/g) at the same organization. Rachael's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager in Tax Advisory at Pitcher Partners and various positions at the Australian Taxation Office, including Lawyer, Tax Avoidance Taskforce Officer, and Law Interpretation Officer. Rachael holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation Law from the University of Melbourne, an EU Tax Law degree from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from the University of Melbourne.
