Daniel Pilbrow

Daniel Pilbrow is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership roles within the health and investment sectors. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Growth and Emerging Markets at Australian Unity since October 2025, Daniel previously held positions as Chief Executive Officer at InteliCare and Executive Director NSW and Head of National M&A at Silver Chain Group. Daniel's career also includes roles at AMP Capital as Investment Director and Associate Director in Social Care, Chief Strategy Officer at Opal Aged Care, and Project Director at Plenary Group. Earlier experience includes serving as Acting CEO of Black Arm Band and Non Executive Director at Cell Therapies Pty Ltd, along with a significant tenure at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre as Executive Director of Strategy and Redevelopment. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with Honours from the University of Melbourne and has pursued further education at Monash University, complemented by diverse international travel experience.
