Stacy Cline Amin

Stacy Cline Amin serves as the Vice President and Chief Counsel for Global Health Regulatory and Policy at Oracle, leading global legal, regulatory affairs, and policy teams within the Health and Life Sciences Legal & Compliance Group since September 2024. Prior to this role, Stacy was a Partner and Lead of the FDA Regulatory and Compliance practice at Morrison Foerster from June 2021 to March 2025 and held significant positions at the FDA, The White House, and the United States Senate, including Chief Counsel of the FDA and Deputy General Counsel of HHS. Educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from The George Washington University.
