Natasha joined AVL Wines & the liquor industry in 2018 after spending time across a diverse range of industries. Natasha is an enthusiastic and passionate HR Director with global experience spanning Australia, the UK and Asia. She is responsible for the companies People, Culture & Safety strategy which involves driving an achievement-based culture whilst ensuring employees’ safety and well-being are at the forefront. Natasha holds a Master’s level degree in HR Management.
