Morgan Schroth

Morgan Schroth, PHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career at Kroger in 2007 as a Human Resources Manager and later became a Total Rewards Manager. In 2016, they joined 84.51° as an HR Business Partner before returning to Kroger as the Head of Talent Development and later as a Performance Development Manager. In 2022, they moved to Booster as the Director of People Strategy and Operations, and in 2023, they joined Truckstop as the Director of Talent Management and Total Rewards.

Morgan Schroth, PHR obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Louisville in 2016. Prior to that, Schroth completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources at Northern Kentucky University between 2004 and 2008.
