Chirag Shah

Chirag Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business analysis and management within the superannuation and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Business Analysis Team Lead at AustralianSuper, Chirag leads initiatives aimed at enhancing member financial outcomes in retirement. Previous roles include Lead Consultant at QMV and Manager of the BA Practice at Cbus Super Fund, where contributions focused on member-centric services. Chirag has also served as a Lead Business Analyst at Superpartners, implementing quality assurance frameworks and process improvements utilizing Six Sigma methodologies, and began the career as a Customer Experience Analyst at AXA Australia.
