Jo Klaaysen

Jo Klaaysen currently serves as the Lead People Experience Partner for Equities at AustralianSuper since August 2022. Prior experience includes six years as a Human Resources Business Partner at HESTA, focusing on enhancing employee experience and alignment with organisational strategy. Jo also held the position of HR Business Partner at The University of Melbourne, where efforts centered on organisational and professional development amidst restructuring. Earlier roles encompass Human Resources Manager at South Western Melbourne Medicare Local, where Jo developed HR strategies for a start-up environment, and Team & Talent Manager at Omnilab Media, where the establishment of an HR function was a key focus. Jo's career began at PwC as an HR Consultant, and additional experience includes positions at DMI Consulting Group and Slade Pharmacy. Jo holds a Diploma in Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services from Victoria University.
