Kevin Costa

Kevin Costa is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Director - Private Credit (Real Assets) at AustralianSuper since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kevin held multiple positions at Barclays from September 2016 to December 2021, including Vice President and Associate in the Debt Structuring team focused on real estate, where bespoke debt financing solutions were provided. Kevin began the banking career as a Graduate Analyst at Barclays, following participation in the Barclays Graduate Scheme, and earlier experience included a Private Banking Executive role on the Middle East desk and internships at Barclays and EY. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Accounting & Management from Nottingham University Business School and completed A Levels in Maths, Biology, and History at The Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe.
