Simon Gaites

Simon Gaites is an experienced professional with a strong background in client services and vendor relationships. Currently serving as the Founder of Connect 2 Purpose since August 2024, Simon also holds the position of Senior Manager, Vendor Relationships at AustralianSuper since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing vendor relationships. Previously, Simon worked at Northern Trust Corporation for over a decade, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President - Head of Client Services for Global Fund Services, leading a diverse team and managing service delivery to asset manager clients. With early career experience at Prime Fund Solutions, Simon progressed through various titles, including Senior Relationship Manager. Simon holds a BSc in Environmental Chemistry from Lancaster University, completed in 2001.
