Slesha Devi

Slesha Devi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of reward and human capital solutions. Currently serving as Reward Lead - Advice & Delivery at AustralianSuper since October 2022, Slesha has held multiple senior roles at Aon from May 2017 to October 2022, including Director of the Practice Group for the Banking Industry and Director of Human Capital Solutions. Slesha's career also includes significant contributions at Mercer as a Senior Associate Consultant in Executive Remuneration and Actuarial Consultant from February 2011 to May 2017. Slesha holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) (Hons) in Actuarial Science from the University of Melbourne and is currently pursuing credentials as an Actuary through the Institute of Actuaries Australia.
