Martina Terkovics

Martina Terkovics has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Martina is currently working as a Team Lead People & Business Partnering at Austrian Power Grid AG, where they lead a team of specialists in ensuring a stable supply of electricity. Prior to this, Martina worked at Intel Corporation as an HR Business Partner, with responsibilities in Austria, Germany, and META & EMEA Sales Territory. Martina also gained experience as an HR Business Partner & HR Team Lead at Merck Sharp & Dohme, and served as an HR Generalist, Business Partner, and worked on HR projects at Baxter BioScience (now Takeda). Martina has also worked at Aristid Personalberatung as an HR/Recruiting Assistant, had an internship in recruiting and executive search at Pro-File Management Consulting, and held a role as a Product Manager at Nestle. Martina began their career in marketing at Schober Information Group and IDTS AG.

Martina Terkovics obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organisational & Human Resource Development from FHWien der WKW, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) between 2008 and 2011.
