Ferdi Akdag

Ferdi Akdag serves as the Managing Director at Customer Care Solutions Call & Assistance Center since October 1999 and is the Owner and CEO of CEE ASSISTANCE since September 2017. Akdag has been involved in various leadership roles, including Ehrenpräsident at callcenterforum.at, Chairman of the Comity 243 "Contact Centers" at Austrian Standards, and President of Anciens du Lycée Français de Vienne until May 2021. Additionally, Akdag has held positions as an administrator and advisor for several organizations related to French schools worldwide. A former section head and coach at France-Club Volleyball, Akdag also held marketing responsibilities at International Assistance Group from 2000 to 2011. Academic credentials include an INg. in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Wien and a BAC from Lycée Français de Vienne.
