Robert Novak

Robert Novak has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Geschäftsführer Vertrieb at Austrotherm GmbH since April 2005. In this role, Robert oversees all sales activities in Austria and Italy for various product lines, including EPS, XPS, and high-performance insulation materials. Prior to this, Robert held positions as Vertriebsleiter and Prokurist, managing sales across multiple countries. Additionally, Robert led the internationalization efforts of Austrotherm, establishing and overseeing subsidiaries in several Eastern European countries. Earlier in Robert's career, experience included working as a Key Account Manager at NCR Corporation, where responsibility encompassed sales of analytical CRM solutions for major telecommunications companies in Austria. Robert holds a Magister degree in Business Administration focused on small and medium-sized enterprises from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
