Currently serving as the Global Chief Legal Officer at Quantum Switch since July 2024, Kim has held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Authentic Web Inc. since August 2014. Previous positions include General Counsel and Lead TMT Counsel Consultant at Peerpoint, Linklaters, and LOD, and Vice President Legal at TONOMUS. As a co-founder and CEO of d8amatiks, Kim showcased entrepreneurial leadership from February 2017 to July 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dalhousie University, a JD from the University of New Brunswick, an LL.M. from the University of Ottawa, and an LL.B. from the University of Edinburgh Law School.
