Stephanie Pagni

Stephanie Pagni is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Monzo Bank since February 2021, Stephanie has previously held significant roles at Barclays, including Chief Legal Counsel for Global Consumer Banking and Payments, General Counsel for Barclays UK, and Managing Director of Global Head of Litigation. With a strong foundation in litigation services, Stephanie also held positions at Barclays Capital and Barclays Bank PLC. Early in the career, Stephanie was a Senior Associate at Allen & Overy LLP. Educational credentials include a Master’s in International Comparative Business Law from City, University of London and an LLB from the University of Sussex.
