Joy Rosenbach

Joy Rosenbach has over 15 years of work experience in business operations, program management, and network operations.

In 2020, Joy began their current role as Senior Program Manager | Business Operations at AuthenticID, where they develop strategic plans to drive customer onboarding activities and designs, implements, and sustains customer onboarding frameworks, tools, and process definitions.

From 2016 to 2020, Joy worked as Business Operations Director at Russell's, where they maintained office systems and supervised staff, as well as coordinated the Owner and Executive Chef's calendar, special projects, business initiatives, and vendor relations.

From 2015 to 2016, Joy was Manager - Global Security Ops, Security Operations (SOC) at F5 Networks, where they executed and managed a business operations plan to successfully launch a Silverline Web Application Firewall SaaS offering.

From 2005 to 2015, Joy worked at AT&T in various roles. Joy was Sr. Business Program Manager, Service Quality Management Programs from 2012 to 2015, where they implemented Service Quality Management (SQM) program objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Joy was also Area Manager, Mobility Network Operations from 2005 to 2012, where they directed Tier II incident investigations and managed a functional team of network engineering analysts.

Joy Rosenbach obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Integrated Studies from Cascadia College and studied Business Administration and Management, General at Florida Atlantic University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Project Management from Everett Community College in 2020, Agile Project Management from AT&T in 2014, and a Commercial Driver License (CDL) from the State of Washington in 2017.
