Hadley Hagedorn

Hadley Hagedorn has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Hadley recently joined Authenticx in 2023 as a Sales Development Representative. Before that, they worked at Genesys from 2021 to 2023, starting as an Associate Strategic Business Consultant. In this role, they collaborated with internal and external partners to infuse key pillars of empathy into employee and customer journeys, produced customer-facing journey videos, and empowered leaders to understand the customer and employee experience. Hadley also served as a Strategic Sales Intern at Genesys from 2021 to 2022, where they gained experience in various aspects of the sales cycle and presented business analyses and marketing campaigns to leadership. Prior to Genesys, they worked as a Retail Sales Specialist at American Honey Market in 2020, assisting customers, taking custom orders, and planning deals/sales. Hadley also worked as a Hostess at Double Dogs in 2020, and as a Waitress at The Rooftop from 2019 to 2020. Their earliest work experience was as a Sales Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. from 2016 to 2019.

Hadley Hagedorn completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University at the Gordon Ford College of Business from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification as a Genesys Design Thinking Practitioner from Genesys in May 2022.
