Alex Mapulanga

Alex Mapulanga has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2018 onwards, they worked as a Consultant/Country Senior Program Manager at Authentix. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Service Central Africa/GM at Outotec from 2016 to 2018. In 2015, they held the position of CEO at Industrial Gases Limited (IGL). From 2008 to 2014, they were the Head of Department at Full Joy. During their time at Afrox Zambia-Ndola (under LINDE) from 2006 to 2011, they held multiple roles including Customer Services Manager, Distribution Services Manager, and Branch/Regional Manager. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, sales, operational efficiency, business development, budgeting, staff management, and maintenance. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as an Administration and Project Manager at CARE International-Zambia, overseeing community and housing projects, logistics, procurement, and contracts.

Alex Mapulanga completed a Master's degree in Leadership Innovation and Change from York St. John University, where they studied Art/Art Studies, General. Previously, they also obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central University Camilo Cienfuegos in Cuba.
