Cathy Woodson

Cathy Woodson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the VP of Global HR at Authentix, a position held since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing the global HR function across various international locations in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Noteworthy achievements under Cathy's leadership include consistent improvement in employee engagement, guiding international leadership teams on diverse projects, and coaching a team of global HR professionals. Prior to Authentix, Cathy was the Regional HR Director for the Americas at Aircom International from August 2012 to December 2013, overseeing all HR and recruiting operations for North America, Mexico, and Brazil, which encompassed multiple remote locations.
