Leonce da Silveira has a strong background in corporate and regulatory affairs, with experience in both the tobacco and authentication industries. Leonce joined Authentix in 2013 as the Managing Director for West Africa and Central Africa. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing operations in the region. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President for West and Central Africa, where they continued to lead and manage the company's activities in these areas. Prior to joining Authentix, Leonce worked at British American Tobacco West Africa. Leonce started in 2007 as the Regulatory Affairs Manager for UEMOA, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations in the region. In 2008, they were promoted to Cluster Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Manager, overseeing regulatory affairs for multiple countries. Leonce held this position until 2012. Leonce's work experience demonstrates their expertise in corporate and regulatory affairs, as well as their ability to successfully lead and manage operations in the West and Central Africa region.

Leonce da Silveira's education history includes a series of achievements in various fields of study. In 1989, they attended IUT de Colmar, where they obtained their DUT Techniques de Commercialisation degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. Their education continued at the Institut Universitaire Professionalise de Nice-Sophia Antipolis from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.

In 1995, Leonce da Silveira enrolled at the Université Côte d'Azur for a Pre PHD program, specializing in Law & Economics. Throughout their academic journey, they demonstrated a diversified range of interests, expanding their knowledge in various disciplines.

Beyond their formal education, Leonce da Silveira earned the Certificate Complex Negotiation Expert Level from the ADN Talents Negotiator Agency in June 2019. This certification adds to their aptitude in negotiation and further enhances their professional skill set.
