Jose's career began at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they worked as a Mainframe Support Manager from 1995 to 1998. Jose directed research and integration of IBM mainframes and storage equipment, and resolved critical issues for customers.
Prior to that, Jose worked at Universal Computer Systems as a Technical Support Specialist from 1991 to 1995. Jose provided technical support on IBM mainframes, specialized in resolving critical issues, and performed installations and repairs at client sites.
Jose Carmona's education history begins in 1989 when they attended ITT Technical Institute-Houston North. Jose completed their Associate of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician in 1991. Jose then pursued further education and enrolled at the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Continuing their education, they attended the University of Phoenix again from 2006 to 2007 and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, in 2005, Jose attended The George Washington University School of Business and completed courses towards a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
