Rob Scuteri

Rob Scuteri is an experienced executive who has worked in various roles within the customer support and contact center industry. Rob is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Contact Center Strategy at Authority Brands, where they oversee the development and execution of the contact center strategy for all brands and business units. Prior to their current role, Rob was the Head of Global Support at StubHub, where they led a comprehensive restructuring and expansion of customer support operations across multiple regions. Rob has also held leadership positions at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., Cablevision, and United Online, Inc., where they were responsible for leading and scaling customer experience operations. Throughout their career, Rob has been successful in implementing operational governance programs, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving customer retention strategies.

Rob Scuteri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Banking and Finance from Dowling College. Rob also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Management from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
