Ron Crabtree

Ron Crabtree has over 20 years of work experience in the heating and cooling industry. Ron began their career as a Service Specialist at Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling in 2000. In 2010, they joined Cincinnati One Hour Heating and Cooling as a Service Manager, where they successfully transformed the service department and doubled the size of the commercial business. In 2016, they were promoted to General Manager at One Hour, Ben Franklin, and Mister Sparky of Cincinnati, where they transformed the business into a highly profitable center by implementing industry best practices and prioritizing employee satisfaction. Currently, Ron holds the position of Vice President of Retail Operations and Sales Trade Brands at Authority Brands, starting in 2023.

Ron Crabtree attended Piketon High School from 1992 to 1996 but did not obtain a degree. Ron later obtained an HVAC Master License from the State of Kentucky and the State of Ohio. Additionally, they attended the Vern Riffed Joint Vocational School, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
