Nina von Moltke

Nina von Moltke is a highly experienced publishing executive and co-founder of Authors Equity, where responsibilities include building a collaborative publishing company aimed at enhancing author-publisher relationships. Currently, Nina serves on the boards of BookBub, History Co:Lab, and The Center for Fiction, where Nina holds the position of Treasurer. Previously, Nina was President and Director of Strategic Development at Penguin Random House, overseeing multiple departments during a significant growth phase, and held various roles at Random House, Bertelsmann, and McKinsey & Company. Nina holds an MPA from Harvard University and an M.A. in Philosophy, Art History, and History of Science from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
