Jaye Olafson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor for auticon US since March 2020, focusing on neuro-diversity and autism. In addition, Jaye has worked as a Strategic Advisor for multiple organizations since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Jaye was the President of Tomax Corporation from January 1989 to January 2015 and held consulting positions at American Management Systems (AMS) from February 1984 to October 1989, where responsibilities included serving as Operations Manager for the Canadian Business Operation and as a Consultant and Training Coordinator. Jaye retired from Olafson II in March 2020. Jaye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador.
