Maxim Gashkov

Maxim Gashkov has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Maxim is currently working at Autify as an Engineering Manager since January 2022 and also holds the position of Senior Site Reliability Engineer starting from September 2021.

Prior to Autify, Maxim worked at InJapan.ru for a significant period of time. During their tenure, they took on various roles such as IT Director, Software Engineering Lead, and System Administrator. As IT Director, they achieved significant accomplishments including growing the software engineering team, transitioning server infrastructure to a fully virtualized environment, and integrating ZenDesk for improved customer support. As a Software Engineering Lead and System Administrator, they successfully managed on-premise infrastructure migration, implemented Cloudflare CDN to handle DDoS attacks, and led a security breach investigation.

Maxim also worked at Reanimedia as a Software Engineer and at Mediapanet as a Software Engineer and IT Technician. At Mediapanet, they played a key role in developing and launching an e-store for software products, building a custom CRM system, and porting a license key checking algorithm into a web service.

Their career began with an IT internship at Voronezh Regional Children's Hospital.

Maxim Gashkov attended Voronezh State Pedagogical University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Teaching of Computer Science and Mathematics. Further information about their field of study is not provided.
