Richard Heath

Richard Heath has extensive experience in leadership and production roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Production Operator at The Autins Group since August 2019, Richard previously held the position of Cell Leader/Team Leader at Kerry Foods from December 2010, managing multiple lines and focusing on team organization, training, and adherence to food hygiene standards. Prior to that, Richard spent nearly 14 years at Toyota as a Team Leader, where responsibilities included training, achieving production targets, and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices. Richard's career began as the owner of R Heath Decorators, where successful project management and client relations were key. Richard's educational background includes attending Abbot Beyne from 1980 to 1985.
