Susan McNitt is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with significant experience in designing and implementing behavior intervention programs at the Autism Behavioral Center since February 2015. In the role of Case Manager, Susan conducted parent interviews for initial assessments and introduced new client families to the treatment model. As a Behavior Technician, collaboration with supervising BCBAs and parents aimed to develop social skills and functional communication skills in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Susan also has a robust background in education, having served as an instructor at Lasell College, Dean College, and Holyoke Community College, where responsibilities included syllabus design and classroom activity planning for English courses. Susan holds a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, an MA in literature from UMass Boston, a Master's in Teaching from Boston University, and a Bachelor's degree in English from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
