Natasha Sandhu

Natasha Sandhu, M.S., BCBA, is an experienced professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, currently serving as the Center Director at Butterfly Effects since February 2024. Prior to this role, Natasha held the position of Clinical Quality Assurance Manager at Centria Autism from October 2023 to February 2024. Natasha's background includes serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Autism Spectrum Therapies from September 2021 to October 2023, and at MeBe from December 2020 to September 2021. Additionally, Natasha worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. and Swan Consulting, and held Clinical Supervisor roles at Chang & Associates Behavior Consulting, LLC. Natasha holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master’s degree in Human Behavior, both from National University.
