Catherine Weigle

Cathy Weigle currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Autism Care Partners since April 2021 and has been the President of Balanced Rock Consulting since February 2011, providing expertise in claims platform migration, regulatory compliance, and operational workflow management. Previously, Weigle held the position of Vice President, Business Development and Client Services at Royal Health Care, contributing to the launch of the organization and establishing key client relationships. As Chief Operating Officer at Neighborhood Health Providers, Weigle was instrumental in regulatory approval processes and product development for a New York prepaid health services plan. Early career roles include Assistant Director of Managed Care at The Brookdale University Hospital and Project Manager for Managed Care Programs at Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Weigle holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Administration from New York University and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
