Erica Ferrari is a professional with experience in various roles within the field of autism and behavioral therapy. With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Erica has held positions such as Care Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, Senior Therapist, Instructor Therapist, and Research Assistant. Their work involves developing social skills programs, providing one-on-one instruction to children with autism, and overseeing daily sessions and staff training. Erica's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies and a Master's in Applied Disability Studies with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Brock University.

Autism Ontario (legally incorporated as Autism Society Ontario) is a charitable organization with a history of over 50 years representing the thousands of people on the autism spectrum and their families across Ontario. Made up of knowledgeable parents, professionals, and autistic self-advocates who can speak to the key issues that impact autistic individuals and their families, Autism Ontario is the province’s leading source of information and referral on autism, and one of the largest collective voices representing the autism community. There are seven regions across the province of Ontario.
