Ashley Garcia has extensive experience in caregiving and support services, primarily working with individuals with disabilities. Since June 2022, Ashley has served as a Direct Care Provider at Achieve Community Solutions, assisting clients through Indiana Medicaid Waiver services. Additionally, Ashley has been with the Autism Society of Indiana since October 2015, providing Respite and PAC services for individuals on the autism spectrum. Previous roles include Direct Service Provider at LEL Home Services, LLC, and Attendant Care Provider at Reliable Home Health Care and Attentive Personal Care. Ashley's background also includes management experience as an Operations Supervisor at UPS, overseeing payroll for multiple employees, and serving as an Assistant Office Manager at O'Malia Food Markets. Ashley holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ivy Tech Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis.

The Autism Society of Indiana (ASI) is the leading statewide resource organization serving people across the autism spectrum throughout their lifespan. We understand the challenges of the autism community because we work with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families every day. We offer advocacy, training and education, and direct care. We have a statewide network of resource support coordinators, connecting individuals with autism and their families to life-changing programs and supports unavailable anywhere else. The Autism Society of Indiana exists to ensure that every individual and every family affected by autism in the state of Indiana receives the high-quality services they deserve.
