Janet Jones-Jordan

Janet Jones-Jordan, CDP®, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1992, they worked at State Farm® for 25 years, holding the roles of Claim Specialist and then Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead. In these positions, they led teams, interacted with various stakeholders, oversaw legal and medical aspects of claims, and co-founded employee-led groups to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. From 1999 to 2008, Janet served as the President and Sr. Event Director at Events Revealed, specializing in creating unique and personalized events. Janet joined Autism Speaks in 2017, first as the Director of Community Outreach and later as the Sr. Director of Community Inclusion.

Janet Jones-Jordan, CDP®, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Shorter University in the period of 2004 to 2008. Janet has also obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity Professional from The Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC®) in the year 2023.
