Kelly Headrick

Kelly Headrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy and government affairs, currently serving as the Senior Director of State Government Affairs and Grassroots Advocacy at Autism Speaks since January 2020. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of National Director of Advocacy & State Government Affairs at Nurse-Family Partnership from 2017 to January 2020. A significant tenure at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network spanned from November 1999 to December 2016, where important roles included National Vice President of Field Advocacy Operations and Chief Government Relations Officer for the High Plains Division. Earlier experience includes work as a Regional Advocacy Representative for the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and various roles at the American Heart Association, including Project Manager for Biomedical Research Policy. Kelly holds a Master of Public Administration from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida.
