Lilia Carasciuc

Lilia Carasciuc has a diverse work experience in communications and public relations. Lilia has held various roles in different organizations. Since 2023, they have been serving as the Senior Director of Communications and Public Relations at Autism Speaks. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at Special Olympics, first as the Director of Global Health Communication, where they developed a global health communications strategy and oversaw the production of various communication materials. Prior to that, they were the Senior Communication Manager at Special Olympics. In 2016, Lilia worked as a Communication Consultant at the World Bank Group, where they focused on writing impact stories, producing multimedia content, and coordinating social media presence. From 2011 to 2016, they held the role of Communications and Membership Manager at the White Ribbon Alliance, where they developed communication strategies, managed grants, and built media partnerships. Before that, they worked as the Head of Membership Communication & Action at the White Ribbon Alliance. In 2013, Lilia worked as a Communications Consultant at the World Bank Group, and from 2008 to 2010, they served as a Social Policy Officer at UNICEF.

Lilia Carasciuc obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Politics from Brigham Young University in 2005. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Management from Harvard University, which they successfully completed in 2011.
