Serena Kaur Sanghera

Serena Kaur Sanghera has a strong background in human resources and people development. Serena Kaur started their career at Fresh-Pak Chilled Foods Ltd in 2007, where they served as an HR & Training Manager until 2010. Serena Kaur then joined Peninsula Business Services as an Employment Law Consultant from 2010 to 2012. After that, they worked at People in Action as an HR & Training Manager from 2012 to 2017. Since 2017, Serena has been with Autism West Midlands, initially as a Human Resources Manager and later as the Head of HR & People Development. Currently, Serena holds the role of Director of People & Culture at Autism West Midlands.

Serena Kaur Sanghera obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law & Business from Sheffield Hallam University between 2002 and 2005. Serena Kaur then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby from 2006 to 2007.
