Darcy Peters

Darcy Peters has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Darcy started their career at Omnisure Group, LLC as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled a high volume of calls, resolved inquiries, and proactively contacted customers to prevent cancellations. Darcy then joined Grubhub as an Online Restaurant Sales Executive, using a Challenger Sales strategy to bring new restaurants to the platform and maintaining a high retention rate. At MarketTrack, they served as both a Client Service Manager and a Client Director, managing and upselling small and medium-sized businesses on the MarketTrack eCommerce solution. Darcy also created customized account plans and drove the client renewal process. Darcy worked as a Sales Agent Recruiter at Green Mountain Energy Company, guiding candidates through the recruitment process and executing job fairs. At Jitjatjo, they were a Recruitment Coordinator, responsible for high volume recruiting in the hospitality and retail industries. Darcy implemented new recruitment strategies during COVID and coordinated with various departments. Darcy then moved on to Elevate K-12, where they held roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Darcy led full-cycle recruiting efforts, created recruitment plans, and sourced and interviewed candidates across multiple departments. Currently, they are working at Auto Approve as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they are responsible for building and managing the recruiting process and generating candidate pipelines across different departments.

Darcy Peters completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Loyola University Chicago from 2011 to 2015. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Film and Media Studies (Production) from the same institution. Prior to attending Loyola University, Darcy received an I.B. Certificate from Trinity High School, where the field of study is not specified. Additionally, Darcy obtained several certifications in 2022, including Coaching New Hires, Diversity Recruiting, Fair and Effective Interviewing for Diversity and Inclusion, and Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing, all from LinkedIn.
