Lea Diamond

Lea Diamond, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Operations at the Auto Care Association since June 2018, Lea previously held several key roles at the Brady Campaign & Center to Prevent Gun Violence from May 2012 to May 2018, including Director of Human Resources and Operations. Additionally, Lea contributed to TurboHaul as Office Manager/Executive Administrator from February 2003 to June 2012. Lea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, earned between 1999 and 2002.
