Joseph Pawlak

Joseph Pawlak has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Joseph worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Auto-Chlor System, overseeing branch operations and driving sales performance. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at JBCO Homes LLC, where they set the company's culture and vision. Joseph also has experience as a District Manager at Public Storage and The Sports Authority, improving operational and financial performance and exceeding sales targets. Joseph began their career at Target Corporation, where they completed the "fast track" program and developed logistic best practices.

Joseph Pawlak obtained their Associate of Science degrees in Business Management and Marketing from the College of DuPage, where they attended from 1994 to 1996. Joseph later pursued their Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing at Northern Illinois University from 1996 to 1998.
