Dr. Fokko Jelto Eller

Dr. Fokko Jelto Eller has extensive work experience in human resources and research. Dr. Fokko Jelto currently serves as the Head of HR at Auto Fleet Control since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Zeppelin Mobile Systeme GmbH from March 2022 to June 2022. From January 2021 to June 2022, they worked as the Teamlead HR Neuenburg & Oberndorf, and from January 2020 to January 2021, they were the Teamlead HR Neuenburg at Rheinmetall Defence. Dr. Fokko Jelto also served as a Personalreferent from May 2018 to June 2020 at the same company.

Before their HR roles, Dr. Fokko Jelto Eller worked as a PHD Researcher and Conference Manager at Leuphana University of Lüneburg from February 2015 to April 2018, and January 2017 to September 2017, respectively. Dr. Fokko Jelto also worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Innovations-Inkubator Lüneburg from November 2012 to December 2014. Additionally, they gained industry experience as a Student Intern at HBS International GmbH from September 2011 to February 2012.

Dr. Fokko Jelto Eller's education history began in 2007 when they obtained their Abitur from Söderblom Gymnasium Espelkamp. Dr. Fokko Jelto then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund from 2008 to 2012. During their undergraduate studies, they also spent a year at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2010-2011, where they continued their focus on International Business. Following their Bachelor's degree, Dr. Eller went on to complete a Master of Arts in Business Development and Entrepreneurship from Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 2012 to 2014. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the same institution between 2015 and 2018.
