Melinda A. Pitman

Melinda A. Pitman, JD, AIM, AINS, AIC-M, API, is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in insurance law. Currently serving as Directing Attorney at Auto-Owners Insurance since May 2017, Melinda previously held the position of Senior Attorney within the same company from May 2012 to May 2017. Prior to that, Melinda worked as an Attorney at Auto Owners Insurance Company and as an Associate Attorney at Bloss Betz and Betz & Bloss. Earlier career experience includes a role as Paralegal at Roberts Betz & Bloss and as Law Clerk at the University of Tulsa Older Americans Law Project. Melinda holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Michigan State University.
