Shelly Love, MBA, AINS, currently serves as a Claim Investigator at Auto-Owners Insurance since December 2018, previously holding the position of Branch Claim Representative for the South Georgia Regional office. Prior to this role, Shelly worked at State Farm from September 2012 to December 2018, where responsibilities included serving as an Underwriter for Fire Personal Lines, Acting as a Leadership Development Associate-Team Manager for Centralized Contents, leading the Centralized Contents Team, and working as a Fire Claim Representative. Shelly holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from American InterContinental University (2007-2008) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Northeastern State University (1996-2000).
