Sofia Said Birch

Sofia Said Birch is an experienced ESG Manager specializing in Responsible Investments at AP Pension since March 2023, focusing on human rights and labor rights within the investment department and overseeing risk-based due diligence in accordance with UNGPs and OECD guidelines. Prior to this role, Sofia served as the Head of Section at the Danish Business Authority, acting as a national expert on OECD guidelines and representing Denmark in various international discussions. Earlier experience includes positions at IBM, where Sofia was involved in business development and internal process improvements, and various roles in different organizations, complemented by a strong educational background with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.
