Andrew Humphrey has a strong background in customer operations and service management. Andrew most recently worked at Auto Trader UK, where they held various roles such as Customer Operations Director and Head of Customer Operations. In these positions, they focused on improving customer experience and new business development. Andrew led initiatives such as a service desk transformation and a program to make the new business development function more efficient. Prior to their time at Auto Trader, Andrew also worked as an Application Support Manager at Compass Group and as a Technical Support Team Leader at IBM Global Services.
Andrew Humphrey attended Chase High School Malvern from 1987 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics. Andrew then enrolled at The University of Manchester from 1994 to 1998, where they earned another Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Andrew also obtained certifications including the VeriSM Foundation Certificate from EXIN your ICT competence partner in 2018 and the ITIL v2 Managers Certificate (Distinction) from ISEB Ltd in 2011.
