Rachael Poole has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachael is currently working as a Product Lead at Auto Trader UK, where they focus on optimizing the online finance experience for consumers and dealerships. Rachael also occasionally hosts the company's product and tech podcast, Roadmap. Prior to this, they held the role of Product Manager at Moonpig from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they worked as an Online Commercial Analyst at Asda from 2018 to 2019 and as a Data & Insight Analyst at Walmart from 2016 to 2018. Rachael also has experience in roles such as Real Time Resource Analyst, Social Media Advisor, and Customer Care Advisor at Arcadia Group Ltd from 2014 to 2016. Rachael began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Lincolnshire Co-op in 2013.
