Justin Ranton

Justin Ranton, UXC is a seasoned UX and Product Design professional currently serving as the Lead at SmarterDx, focusing on empowering hospitals through AI technology. As a member of the Design Leadership Forum and the Digital Medicine Society, Justin is dedicated to advancing design leadership and inclusivity in digital health tools. Previous roles include owning Blkhōl Design Studio, working as an Associate Director of User Experience at BD, and serving as Director of UX at AliveCor, where Justin managed global teams and led significant UX initiatives. Additionally, experience at Facebook and Ameren involved enhancing user experiences and facilitating design collaborations. Justin's education includes specialized training from the Chief Design Officer School and a foundation from East Texas A&M University.
