Ann Esparrago

Ann Esparrago is an experienced pricing analyst currently employed at CAP since June 2020, where responsibilities include investigating invoice discrepancies, managing reports for refunds and credits, and maintaining a detailed database. Prior to CAP, Ann served as a CLEC Operations Representative at Shaw Communications from September 2016 to April 2020, contributing to various projects within the National Porting Group and supporting multiple areas of the CLEC department. Ann's earlier roles include an outbound loyalty representative at Shaw and a Failure Analysis Engineering - Overall Leader at Wistron, where key tasks involved team leadership, report generation, and compliance with audit findings. Ann holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA and completed additional training at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2022.
