Axel Peyriere

Axel Peyriere is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the automotive and online marketplace sectors across Africa and beyond. Serving as CEO and Co-Founder of AUTO24.africa since June 2022, Axel is dedicated to transforming the used car market in Africa by promoting trust and transparency. As Co-Founder and CEO of AfriCar Group, Axel has developed the leading automotive marketplace operating in 45 African countries. Additionally, Axel has made significant contributions as Founding Partner and COO of Emerging Classifieds Ventures, focusing on online marketplaces in emerging markets. Other ventures include co-ownership of Asterdio, an enterprise specializing in digital transformation and software innovation, and multiple investment roles in various startups, such as Zazu, Farmu, and Sully.ai. Axel holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Advertising from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and furthered education at Ecole Du Louvre in Paris.
